My qmail-smtpd receives email with the phrase "by 0 with SMTP". How do I change 0 to a host name?

You have not installed by following the instructions in _Life 
With "qmail"_.  If you had, the name would be taken from the 
first line of "controls/me".
Use the "-l" option to "tcpserver".
