Can I use FAQTS to setup a private (restricted) folder?

Currently all free knowledge bases at FAQTs are publically available. 
We are working on moderation features that will help to better control
who can contribute to knowledge base content.
We are willing to work with anyone who has an interest in working with
FAQTs.  This includes people who would like to setup a private folder.
