How do I pass a variable coming from a form to make up an sql query? (ie=create table <VARIABLE>)

If the form is submitting the data using the GET method, you can just
retrieve the variables using $<form variable name>, if the form uses the
POSt method however, you can use $_POST['<form variable name>'].
