I edited php.ini, but does not changed that show in phpinfo?

When using a module (such as an Apache module) you must restart your 
web server after modifying php.ini and this is described here:
  http://www.php.net/configuration.changes
Also be sure you are editing the correct php.ini so read this faq:
 How do I know if my php.ini is being found and read? It 
 seems like it isn't as my changes aren't being implemented.
