why does it keep freezing, then my motherboard beeps, and the the picture goes blank then returns?

Generally you should check if your RAM chipsets are properly inserted 
in sockets, if that doesnt work check your motherboard manual for 
beeping errors. Some motherboards beeps twice for RAM conflicts, 
others beeps one for keyboard errors!
