How to reload/restart a gif animation on Click or mouseOut?

Why don't you take a good program to handle this?
Get this program, or any other good working version.
And then set the Looping option to Infinite. This way
the animation never stops! Only if you are leaving the page.
But this has been done in order to get the CPU as low as posible.
Take a look at: www.ulead.com for the program I'm using.
Goodluck, or did I miss something?
