How can I answer a question?

Before you can answer a question you need to be a member of faqts.  You 
can find out how to become a member in FAQTS : Help
Click on the question that you're interested in answering.  Once you're 
in the entry click on the 'Edit this Entry' link.
Scroll down the resulting page and click on the 'Edit the Answer' link 
underneath the "Answer" heading.  Another page will load with a form 
where you can enter the answer and list any sources you used in 
compiling the answer.
Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page, a confirmation 
page will load, you should then click on the "Confirm Changes" link.
That's it.  A page will load letting you know your changes have been 
made, listing those people that had mail alerts for that entry and a 
link back to where you started.
