unknown unknown, Henrik Hansen,
Click on the question that you wish to edit. Once the entry is accessed
click on the 'Edit this Entry' link.
Scroll down the resulting page and under the "Questions Released Into
This Entry" heading you will see your question with an 'edit' link
beside it. Click on this link.
You'll be taken to a page that gives you the possibility of moving the
question within the knowledge base (or into one of the other knowledge
bases) or to change the text of the question.
Make your changes.
If you want your version of the question to be the current version leave
the "Release Immediately" checkbox checked, otherwise if you only want
to save it as a draft uncheck the box.
If you don't want to get an email alert when future changes are made to
the entry uncheck the "Alert me on future changes to this entry"
checkbox.
Click on the "Save" button if you are happy with your changes. A page
will be displayed that shows the before and after of the question, if
you are completely happy with your changes click on the "Confirm
Changes" button.
A page loads to let you know that the question has been successfully
updated, it gives you a listing of all those people that will be
receiving email alerts as a result of your changes and provides a link
back to where you started.
