Why can I ask more than one question in different knowledge bases for the same answer?

A question can cover more than one topic area.  If you feel that the 
answer would be useful in more than one knowledge base (or knowledge 
base folder) then you can associate other questions to the same answer 
placing each question in the knowledge base you think it is related to.
