How do I navigate within the knowledge base folders?

The current knowledge base can be determined from the navigation
displayed at the top of the page.
For example, if
FAQTS : Computers : Programming : Languages : PHP
is displayed at the top of the page it indicates that you are within
the
'PHP' knowledge base, which is a sub-folder of the 'Languages'
knowledge
base which in turn is a sub-folder of the 'Programming' knowledge
base.
'Programming' is a sub-folder of 'Computers', where 'Computers' is a
knowledge base within FAQTS.
Beneath the 'Folders' heading is a listing of the sub-folders
associated
with the current knowledge base. Click on the sub-folder name to view
the contents of that knowledge base.
To return to a folder higher up in the hierarchy simply click on the
knowledge base name displayed in the navigation.
If there are no sub-folders associated with a knowledge base the
following message is displayed:
There are no folders in this category
