Where should I ask a question?

How can we drag an item from one list box and place it in another list box using java script?

You should ask your question in a faqts knowledge base where it fits 
most appropriately.  Try and be as specific as you can.  ie. if your 
question is regarding PHP installation with Apache then you should try 
and place it in 
... PHP : Installation and Setup : Apache
If questions are asked in appropriate folders they are more likely to be 
answered and to be useful for the whole faqts community rather than 
users who just stumble across it.
