How can I integrate in a Webmail a tag or a bug for an email read notification?

Like you correctly put it, its a bug that you put in your mail and send 
to the recepient. it comes in spamming as you're not asking users the 
permission for getting their info back. So please do not do it.
For information sake, the usual practice is to add an image tag in you 
mail and instead of only an image on your server, you suffix a unique 
code sent in the mail and updating the specific record in your database 
(e.g. logo.gif?id=1234). Again, DO NOT DO IT. your mails might get 
filtered out as many mail programs are able to
