Can you use CSS to dynamically change the font colour of selected words in a textfield

Using CSS you can not assign separate colors to individual words in a
text input form field or in a textarea. Using CSS you can style all text
in each textfield or textarea field, e.g. you can set text color,
background color, font family and font size.
