What is the 'Deleted Folders' folder for, in the top level of knowledge bases?
How is version control affected when folders are deleted?

The 'Deleted Folder' was created to maintain the integrity of the
version control features of faqts.
The below example explains how the concept works.
You create a folder F.
You add a question Q1 into F.
You edit Q1 to become Q2 inside a different folder.
You now delete the empty folder F.
When you look at the versions of Q you will see that Q1 now points at
FAQTs : Deleted Folder
This is good because:
We don't lose the version history.
This actually looks a bit confusing ... need to explain it better.
