When I reload a long inline frame, I want its parent window to be repositioned back to the top

Try: 
function whateverreloadstheframe() {
     window.MoveTo(0,0);
     //do everything else
}
However, it may really be 
    parent.MoveTo(100,10);
Put it wherever you want to. You cannot use the "this" keyword.
