Can I run php4 and php5 together as Apache modules? What about on IIS?

May 10th, 2004 20:58
Philip Olson, Grzegorz Tlołka,

Yes, it's mostly possible. Here are some articles on the subject:
Apache - Three articles:

d_PHP_5_parallel.html
http://wiki.coggeshall.org/Main/RunningPHP4AndPHP5Concurrently

IIS - One article

Also, note that it's easy to create/run different CGI or CLI versions
as they're simply compiled binaries.
