PHP setup with Apache Server - no errors but no display on browsers

Try and view the source in the browser - it may be that your PHP isn't
being parsed. If this is the case, and it is if your PHP code appears 
in
the source code, then you need to make sure that you have configured
Apache correctly. The most important step is to make sure that .php
files are parsed as PHP files.
