Who was Sigmund Freud?

Sigmund Freud was a neurologist, who gained fame for creating a school 
of psychological thought known as "Psychoanalysis".  He was born in 
1856 in what now is the Czech Republic.  At age four he moved to 
Austria.  He died in 1939.
