How can we stop a page getting submitted on browser refresh ?Pls very urgent.

You can use session varilable to do so.
make a session variable and set its value. when ever someone clicks 
ones then the value got set and when someone refesh the page just check 
the values of variable if its 0 then submit it and it its 1 then don't 
submit it.
Pretty simple....isn't it :D
