how can i scroll a table left only?

If you look at this answer:

then you should be able to figure the answer quickly. As an additional 
hint, try aligning the table to the right, which should mean you can 
only scroll the table to the left, unless you reach the far left which 
means you then have to scroll to the right. However, it depends upon 
how you can set your table up, that is will the number of rows exceed 
the lowest resolutions onweb pages? Yes, of course it will, so you may 
need to link it to a stylesheet that accomodates various screen 
resolutions.
