Arijit Sarbagna,
In order to make your site W3C standard, you can't use something like:
<body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0">
The way around will be to use Style Sheets to do the work for you.
The CSS should be like:
body {
margin: 0px; padding:0px;
}
This will do your work & W3C will also approve your page.
