how can i not show the bowser menu in IE?

There are a number of way to do this, but the simplest is usually the
best.
As your page loads, stop it and redirect to another page that has no
menu bar, then close the parent page. The techniques for this have all
been described in previous questions, so I do not propose to reinvent
the wheel here.
This is simple, direct and workable. There are a number of problems
with this though, none of which will endear your page to the user. I am
sure there are other techniques that may be more effective, but they
will not be as simple.
If you are talking about the right click menu, then all you need do is
to trap the right click event.
