How can I access a JavaScript array with PHP??

You can't access JavaScript from PHP because JavaScript is run at the
client side and PHP is a server side language. This means that the
JavaScript is being interperted after the PHP is.
You can however pass variables created with JavaScript to PHP through 
HTTP such as through GET, here's an example:
