What SQL statement did the user execute? When did they execute it?

If you have binary logging turned on, it's possible to see all the
statements executed.
mysql> show binlog events;
Or from the Unix/Linux shell:
$ mysqlbinlog <logfile>
$ mysqlbinlog /usr/local/var/mysqlLOGbin.000001
For tips on how to setup binary logging reference the following (TIP 25,
TIP 24, and TIP 30)
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/souptonuts/README_mysql.txt?download
The above link also shows a better formatted example.
Hope this helps.
