How do you find and kill a process in MySQL?

Jun 19th, 2004 07:11

Find out who is doing what, and kill the process if needed.
mysql> show processlist;
To kill process 657
mysql>kill 657
Or, from the command line:
$ mysqladmin processlist
$ mysqladmin kill 657

Hope this helps,
