Where can I go to pay my yearly Domain fees. The person that sold to me is gone.

The first step is to use a whois tool on your domain name to find out
A.) What company it was registered with and B.) If you are recorded as
the owner of the domain.
If you are the owner, I'd look at the web site of the company that it
was registered with and try to get into contact with them for more
information.
