How can I create email popup (mailto) from website that spam trollers won't see?

You may be able to do it in client-side Javascript but it would be 
horrendous to code. I would suggest that it would be more practical as  
an SSI, rather than client-side. However, I have no idea if this would 
actually work, but if written in server side code, I cannot think of 
any reason why it would not work, but then I am not sure I know enough 
server side code apart from C\C++ to believe I am right here. 
Additional benefits could be security conditionals be applied that 
would prevent trawlers from getting your email as well as seciurity of 
the email sent. However, the gains could be offset by the loss in 
performance that server side code inevitably brings.
