How can I associate a new question with an existing answer?

To associate a new question with an existing question:
1. Click on the 'Edit this Entry' link for the question you wish to 
associate a question with.
2. Scroll down the page, under the heading "Questions Released Into This 
Entry" you will find a link 'Add Questions'.  Click on it.
3. A new page will load giving you the possibility of adding up to 3 
questions (You can associate more than that but you can only add up to 
three at a time).
4. Choose which folder you want the additional question associated with 
and ask it in the text box provided.  Click on the "Save" button.
5. You'll be asked to confirm your changes, once you've done that it's 
complete and the new question will have been associated.
