How do I regularly exchange data from an Access database to a MySQL database at a remote location?

You can use Access2MySQL software that performs MS Access (mdb) to
MySQL and MySQL to Access database conversions. It works with remote
databases. You just need to specify a server name of your remote base
when utilizing Access2MySQL (by default it is set to “localhost”).
