PHP4 on O'Reilly Website 2.3/NT 4.0? PHP3 works fine, but PHP4 crashes if I use the .exe and gives a "version ident mismatch" error w/ ISAPI

I finally got an answer on this from the PHP bug tracking list.  It now 
works in PHP 4.03pl1, but only if you define doc_root.
