Steps: Overview:
 1. -Take the picture using your telephone
 2. -Select from list 'Messages'
 3. -Select your e-mail
 4. -Select from menu option 'Message'
 5. -Select from list 'New'
 6. -Select tab 'Attachment' (see below)
 7. -Click button 'Add'
 8. -Select from list 'Image'
 9. -Click button 'Done'
10. -Select the picture
      (e.g. 43L80018.jpg)
11. -Click button 'Select'
12. -After filling in your text you can send it as usual
