How can I setup QMail to run a MySQL script when mail arrives at a certain account?

Scripts can be executed from the .qmail file from the users home 
directory. That script can be in python, perl, php, bash, etc.. what 
ever you like.
Let the script do the mysql job !
.qmail will make sure it will run when the mail arrives.
