What are the implications of using "localhost" in BizTalk Server Setup?

A "localhost" alias requires name-resolution services in some cases. 
Where WebDAV is concerned, this can lead to some inconsistent 
behaviors. We recommend you replace "localhost" with the actual name of 
your machine—for example, MYSERVER—to avoid known behaviors when there 
are no name-resolution services available. For related information, see
