How to write programmatically to MSMQT Queue?

One way to do this is to have MSMQ installed on a remote machine, and 
then use the MSMQ APIs to send messages to the BizTalk 2004 MSMQT 
Receive Location Another way can be to create a file receive location 
that picks up files from some folder and a MSMQT send port which picks 
up the files from the receive location and sends them to MSMQ.
