Can I send a message > 4 MB from MSMQ to MSMQT?

MSMQ by itself does not support large (>4MB) messages. BizTalk 2004 
users can use mqrtlarge.dll to send large messages from MSMQ to MSMQT. 
Note! This DLL is distributed only with BTS 2004.
