What is the BT2004 equivalent of IBTS.Submit and SubmitSync?

Because of the major changes in object model and programming model, 
there is no single API like Submit/SubmitSync exists in BizTalk 2004. 
However, in the SDK refresh download, we included a SubmitDirect sample 
that can be used for this purpose. It is located in 
SDK\Sample\Adapters\SubmitDirect.
