1. Check the installation CD which comes with the webcam
   hardware for software for sharing your webcam
   on the LAN or Internet
2. Check the web site of your webcam hardware
    e.g.

3. Use the program
    Microsoft Netmeeting
   If you install that on all computers in the LAN
   or with Internet connection, then
   starting a video conference lets the
   webcam image be shared by all this computers
4. Buy dedicated webcam hardware
   e.g. a network webcam with build in web server

   1. Create a shared html page with a refresh
      and use the Microsoft TimerShot program

7. Create or buy build in web server with webcam.
   This runs on a computer on the network, or is via IP address

   from the webcam and send it back to that browser.
