PHPRunner is a wizard program, with which you can rather automatically
generate web pages with (e.g. MySql) database functionality.

PHPRunner is a special case of a RAD (=Rapid Application Development)
program, similar to e.g. Borland Delphi, but in this case centered
solely around databases, PHP and HTML.

PHPRunner (for generation of database enabled PHP driven web pages) is
really a great program, and in combination with programs like e.g.
 1. MicroOlap (for MySql database design)
 2. Total Commander (for ftp file upload)
 3. PHPMyAdmin (for MySql table operations)
 4. MySql (as database)
 5. Apache (as web server)
 6. Turbo PHP (for PHP RAD development)
 7. TSE (as text editor)
 8. Paperport (file manager, graphics)
 9. IrfanView (graphics viewer)
