Steps: Overview:
1. -Open an MSDOS box
('Start'->'Run'->type 'cmd')
or use Windows 'Start'->'Run'
2. -Type the command

in general:
<your lotus notes executable> <your server>!!<your database name>
---
e.g.
"C:/Program Files/lotus/notes/notes.exe" yourservername!!
yourdatabase.nsf
---
e.g.
"C:/Program Files/lotus/notes/notes.exe"
YourServer1/YourDirectory1/YourPath1!!YourDirectory2\yourdatabase1.nsf
