Method: use the mouse

Steps: Overview:
 1. -Create one or more windows
     1. -select from menu option 'Window'
     2. -select from list 'H'orizontal or 'V'ertical
 2. -Click exactly on the line separating the windows with
     your mouse (keep the left button pressed down)
 3. -The shape of that separating line will change, and
     you can move that line to another position
