I need a WINDOW.FULL SCREEN script that works from within A FRAMESET plz

I thought i had it sorted but i didn't. It didn't work on a PC!!!!!!,
code only worked on a mac!!!!!!!
If you have time please help

Here follows the document structure, hope that clarifies things. If 
you take a look at the source of this URL www.elsknowles.com 
You should see what im trying to do.
1. WINDOW  (holds no.2)
2. PARENT FRAMESET (host provider page)(holds no.3)
3. FRAME (holds no.4) URL www.pointdesign.info/elsknowles/
index.htm
4. FRAMESET  (Here is where i have my GO FULLSCREEN Script)
My script is placed in no.4 frameset. This say move to 0,0 go full 
screen. But it doesnt work. Why. Because it is held in a frame 
which is in turn is held in a Frameset. I dont know ghow to 
address the window fom here (no.4)
The question is how can i get the window to do what i want from 
frameset no.4
