Is PHP based on orther languages,and are there any based on PHP?( research papper for school)

Yes. It borrows a many ideas from C, C++ and Perl. Most languages 
derive their basics from Algol. I don't know of any languages based on 
PHP but Python is a contemporary of PHP.
