Jason Benson, Kannan Siva Murugan,
I don't know whether you "shall" or not, however if you want to...
<?
function SayHello()
MyString = "Hello World!"
SayHello = MyString
End Function
Response.Write SayHello()
?>
Would output "Hello World!"
Server side VBScript cannot interact nicely with Client Side (ie VB
where you would normally use Javascript) in Classic ASP/VB.
