What is my FTP server hostname?

Your FTP server hostname can be found in the activation email that was 
sent to the hosting package owner, or by visiting the FTP page in the 
OPS control panel.
To find the FTP page in OPS, log into http://ops.powweb.com, click 
on "Packages" at the top, and then click on the "FTP" tab on the row 
beneath.
Your server hostname is listed toward the upper left-hand quadrant of 
the page, and is in the format of:
ftp0X.powweb.com
With X being the number of your particular FTP server.
