If I am not using PowWeb's Nameservers, how do I use webmail?

Karl Fry,

If your DNS is hosted elsewhere, you need to make three changes in
your DNS to use PowWeb's webmail:
1) You must have a 'mail' subdomain (ie: mail.yourdomain.com) created
in your DNS and pointing at the PowWeb mailserver assigned to your
account. You can find your mailserver on the POP3 tab in the OPS
control panel.
2) Your MX record must be pointing to either your PowWeb mailserver,
or mail.yourdomain.com (which should be pointed at the PowWeb
mailserver, as above).
3) You must set up a 'webmail' subdomain (ie: webmail.yourdomain.com)
and point it to: webmail.powweb.com
