How can I manually edit the database's contents or run SQL queries?

You can log into PowWeb's phpMyAdmin system to create tables, edit 
data, run SQL queries, or import/export databases.  The login page is 
located at:
http://phpmyadmin.powweb.com
You will need your database username and password, as well as your 
mySQL server name.  You can find all of this information on 
your "mySQL" tab under "Packages" in OPS.
