I can't log into OPS; how can I reset my password?

You can have your password reset and sent to you by going to the 
following URL:
https://ops.powweb.com/?action=password
You will need to type in the webuser name for your login as well as 
the email address that is on file in your account's Contact 
Information.
If you do not have this information or have trouble receiving the 
reset password email, please contact PowWeb's support by calling:
1-877-4-POWWEB [1-877-476-9932] ; Extension #1 for Tech Support
When calling, we will need to verify one of the following:
a) Your security question/answer
b) The last 4 digits of the credit card on file
c) We can also manually reset the password and send it to the email 
address on file if we can't verify the above.
Alternately, you can also email: support@powweb.com with the above 
information and a password change request.
