How do I pay with a credit card?

To pay by credit card it must first be entered into PowWeb's system.  
To view the credit cards you have on file, log into the OPS control 
panel at http://ops.powweb.com - click on "Account Info" at the top, 
and then "Pay Methods" on the row right beneath that.
This page will list the cards you have on file.  You may have a 
maximum of 3 active cards on file.  To add a new card, click on 
the "Add Credit Card" link in the middle toward the bottom of the page.
