Turning off SESSID

I assume you are referring to the PHPSESSID string that appears in
URL's. There is no way to explicitly disable this, as it depends on
whether the end-user allows cookies to be set. If they do, they will not
see the PHPSESSID on the ned of their query string. If they do not allow
cookies, the PHPSESSID string will appear no matter what you do.
