The 4.6 version of Netscape has a bug which prevents liveconnect code 
(Java calling Javascript and vice versa) from working. The Netscape 
JavaScript debugger is one of the applications effected by that bug. 
There is no workaround but to use older (e.g. 4.5) or newer versions 
(e.g. 4.61 which was released as bug fix).
